Why can’t I Login to my account?

  • Please ensure that you have a good internet connection. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi, try disabling your connection for a while and re-enable.
  • Ensure login details are correct; remember the username and password are case sensitive

How can I retrieve my password?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page as this is likely to be the case; you will be prompted for your username or email address (this should be the assigned states’ e-mail). A link will be sent to your webmail address to reset your password. If the problem persists, please contact TSU by clicking here (This should direct user to “contact us” page)

Why can’t I download resource materials?

  • Please ensure that you are well connected to the internet. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi, try disabling your connection for a while and then enable it.
  • Ensure you are logged in and have permission to download the resource material.

How can I be part of the LDA program?

  • Visit the about us page to determine your eligibility status
  • You will be notified through the SPHCB and official emails when a new registration window opens
  • Apply for the LDA program following the steps provided in the notifications

When can I see my TA request on the TSP calendar?

  • States’ TA request will be displayed on the TSP calendar only when the Technical management team (TMT) has processed the TA request and the TSU updates the TA request status to ready
  • If the status of TA request in question is on “Ready”, and is still not displayed on the TSP calendar contact the TSU by clicking here(This should direct user to “contact us” page) for more information

How do I schedule a date to receive TA request?

  • Schedule the TA delivery to be at least 1 week from the date of TA request (3 weeks for MSP)
  • Provide necessary requirement (documents, venue)  to receive TA support
  • The TSU will follow up with state to finalize plans and update the status of TA request to “Ready”

How can I view my TA request status?

  • After you have logged in, hover on “TA Request”
  • Click on “View TA request”; this shows list of TA requests made by state
  • Check the status of TA request under the “STATUS” column

Why am I unable to upload images?

  • Please ensure that you are well connected to the internet. If you are connected to a Wi-Fi, try disabling your connection for a while and then enable it.
  • Ensure the image format to be uploaded is among the specified type and its size is not larger than the specified limit

Who is responsible for managing the SPHCB profile?

  • The states’ TA desk officer is primarily responsible for accessing and managing the SPHCB profile
  • The SPHCB Executive secretary and Director planning, research and statistics have access to view the SPHCB profile but all desired changes should be communicated to and made by the TA desk officer
