The ED/CEO, Dr. Faisal Shuaib, met with the Technical Support unit(TSU) to discuss the continuous capacity building for staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
The TSU team conducted capacity building to the Community health influencers, promoters and services(CHIPS) management team.
The Executive director /CEO ,NPHCDA met with the Technical support team of the NPHCDA to discuss the ongoing staff optimization efforts to reposition the agency’s workforce to effectively and efficiently carry out her mandate of providing programmatic and technical support to states.
The ED/CEO gave directive to the TSU to organize an onboarding training for the new intakes in batches to assist them kick start their career in the agency
The TSU conducted training to PHCSD and TSU team on MSP adaptation and costing
The TSU NPHCDA supported the kano state ministry of Health in the development of their 2022 Annual operation Plan
The TSU NPHCDA supported Gombe state in the Orientation and inauguration of their state joint task force on Immunization
The NPHCDA leveraged the existing Leadership Development Academy (LDA) to build the capacity of the staff deployed to the newly created delivery unit under the Executive Director’s office to support them in carrying out their mandate.
The advanced MS Excel training for 11 selected NPHCDA staff across the HQ and zones kicked off on June 29, 2020, with an orientation program to orient the trainees on the training plan, TSU’s expectations from them and the available resources (Human and knowledge) to ensure a productive training program.
